1. Agreement to Terms

Visit Mauritius Paradise provides the following services in Mauritius:

• Airport Transfers: Private transportation between SSR International Airport and any location in Mauritius
• Sightseeing Tours: Guided and private tours to various attractions across the island
• Car Rental: Vehicle hire with or without chauffeur services
• Activities: Booking and coordination of various activities and excursions
• Concierge Services: Personalized travel assistance and planning

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Making a Booking

• Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or authorized agents
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us

3.2 Booking Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• For airport transfers, provide accurate flight details at least 24 hours before pickup
• Special requests (child seats, wheelchair access, etc.) must be noted at booking time
• Changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance

3.3 Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Booking reference number
• Service details and itinerary
• Pick-up time and location
• Driver/guide contact information (sent 24 hours before service)
• Payment receipt

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

• All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or extended hours

4.2 Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
• Cash (for certain services, by prior arrangement)

4.3 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for online reservations
• For corporate accounts, payment terms may be arranged separately
• Currency conversion rates are determined by our payment processor

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the rare event that we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, vehicle breakdown, etc.), we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer an alternative service or vehicle
• Provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is available

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location
• Provide accurate flight information for airport transfers
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not smoke in our vehicles
• Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in our vehicles
• Be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles
• Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts
• Use child safety seats for children under 7 (provided upon request)
• Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the vehicle

7. Waiting Time Policy

7.1 Airport Pickups

• We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly
• 60 minutes free waiting time from actual flight landing
• Additional waiting time charged at MUR 500 per 30 minutes

7.2 Hotel/Location Pickups

• 15 minutes free waiting time from scheduled pickup
• Additional waiting time charged at MUR 500 per 30 minutes
• No-show after 30 minutes may result in cancellation without refund

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured for third-party liability and passenger injury as required by Mauritius law.

8.2 Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
• We are not liable for missed flights, connections, or appointments
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, or severe weather.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Visit Mauritius Paradise and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Disputes and Governing Law
